The Chihuahuas caught up with Rico Noel while at the Padres Spring Training in Peoria, Ariz.
Here is the wonderful Chihuahua, the tinest of the dogs. The Chihuahua has a huge amount of devotion to its owner that is bigger than the size of the dog itself. The wonderful little dog that is intelligent, and often misunderstood, because it is so protective of its loved ones.
