Atlas is a Jack Russel Terrier - Chihuahua mix, we think. He was a stray that landed in a local animal kill shelter. The vet thinks he is about 2 1/2 years old. He seems to be adjusting quickly and we just started doing basic training with him. He has spent one night on the boat so far, in which he did pretty good. He is house trained but doesn't know any commands. He was a little timed at first, but making eye contact and wagging his tail says everything.
